Neko Health launched in the US on September 24, and I was lucky enough to be one of the first few people to try it out in New York a few weeks before that.
The experience is incredible. It's without a doubt the future of healthcare.
What Is Neko?
Neko is a Swedish health-tech company co-founded by Daniel Ek, who also co-founded Spotify, and Hjalmar Nilsonne, who runs it as CEO.
Their main product is the Neko Health Scan. It's a 60-minute full-body scan that looks at your skin, heart, circulation, blood, body composition and metabolic health. There's a blood test as part of it, and a doctor goes through your results with you during the same visit.
Before coming to the US, Neko had already done more than 100,000 scans in Sweden and the UK. The first US clinic is at 300 Lafayette Street in SoHo, and a scan costs $499.
That's me in the photo up top, robe and slippers on, standing in the scanner.
Final Thoughts
Huge congrats to Daniel, Hjalmar and the whole Neko team on the US launch.
If you want to check it out, you can book a scan at nekohealth.com, and follow Neko on Instagram and X.
